Quote from the great President Hinckley

¨Anyone who imagines that bliss is normal is going to waste a lot of time running around shouting that he's been robbed. The fact is that most putts don't drop, most beef is tough, and most children grow up to be just people. Successful marriages require a high degree of mutual tolerance. Most jobs are more dull than otherwise. Life is like an old time rail journey - delays, sidetracks, smoke, dirt, cinders and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for just letting you have the ride."

It's good to remind myself that normal is okay, even while I strive for excellence. I can be excellent in non-traditional ways, right?

Heather, I think you're excellent in lots of ways--both traditional and non-traditional. And thanks for the quote. It's a good reminder.

YAY thanks Heather. You rock and keep up your sweet spirit. Though tough to see at this time it will be the best for the persistence of continuing the journey.

Heather, you succeed in being the most social person alive, being extremely generous to your family, making very good homeade chicken-noodle soup, and picking out good chick-flicks for your neices' birthdays!
